Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid acquisition and conversion across multiple digital platforms. This role focuses on optimizing campaigns for ROI and scaling customer acquisition through Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads — with TikTok experience highly preferred.

Job Requirements
  • 3–4 years’ experience in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce or consumer brands.
  • Proven track record managing paid ads across TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads.
  • Deep understanding of campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding models, and attribution.
  • Skilled with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Excel or dashboard tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to turn data into creative direction.
  • Good communicatior and proficient in English and Malay. Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Highly independent, ROI-driven, and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
  • 1) Strategy & Execution
    • Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
    • Build full-funnel ad strategies from awareness to conversion (CPM CPL CPS ROAS).
    • Continuously test new formats, creatives, and targeting strategies to optimize performance.
  • 2) Creative Collaboration
    • Work closely with the content and design team to turn ideas into high-performing creatives.
    • Develop a systematic creative testing matrix (theme × format × audience) for insight learning.
  • 3) Optimization & Analysis
    • Conduct ongoing A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
    • Track performance daily; analyze data to identify winning patterns and scaling opportunities.
    • Monitor and optimize for CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and other key funnel metrics.
  • 4) Reporting & Insights
    • Build clear and actionable performance dashboards for weekly and monthly reviews.
    • Present insights and recommendations directly to the CMO and Growth team.
    • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, attribution models, and emerging ad formats.
