Job summary

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or related field.
  • Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide cross-sectional support to employees, managers, P&C, and PS.
  • Handle queries through the ticket tools used within People Services.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support testing of new functionality or implementations of ServiceNow.
  • Ensure compliance with both internal and country-specific data privacy policies.

Skills

Basic understanding of HR processes and activities
Proficiency in English (advanced level)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Familiarity with People Services tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Adaptability, teamwork, and willingness to learn
Awareness of data privacy rules (e.g., GDPR)
Take the lead mindset, able to guide team members

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
