To handle orientation for our guards and officers for new site

Get ready for replacements at any time in the assignment

Responsible for handing over salaries to Security Guard (if any)

Ensure that all necessary equipment for the on‑duty operation should be located in good condition and ready for use.

Implementation of deductions to non-responsible and dedicated security guards

Selecting high potential security guards to serve as officers by providing incentives and training

Sending Invoices within specified period

It should be discussed first with the manager before warning or terminate the Security Guard service.

Communicate with marketing units related to new assignments and customer needs before commencement of the assignment

Collaborate with other departments to smooth out operations.

Always inform the daily tasks to the HOD and always follow the instructions

Hiring guard for new project & existing

To conduct meeting with clients, perform customer order fulfillment and interacting with people at all levels
