Job summary

A healthcare provider in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to support doctors in delivering patient care and performing clinic administrative duties. Responsibilities include maintaining patient records and assisting with various clinical tasks. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Healthcare or Nursing, with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Previous clinical and customer service experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Healthcare/Nursing for a Senior Clinic Assistant.
  • Candidate with clinical and customer service experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist doctors and clinic in serving and providing patient care for all clinical general duties.
  • Perform other administrative duties of the clinic and maintain patient records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager and Doctor.
