The Parts Executive, Marketing Operations is responsible for supporting spare parts sales, marketing activities, and operational coordination to ensure smooth order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and effective market coverage. This role bridges parts operations and marketing support, focusing on stock coordination, sales administration, and promotional execution.

Key Responsibilities
Parts & Operations
  • Handle spare parts enquiries, quotations, and order processing.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely parts availability and delivery.
  • Monitor stock levels, slow-moving items, and replenishment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, pricing, and sales transactions.
  • Assist in parts forecasting and demand planning.
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns and promotions for spare parts.
  • Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and dealer communications.
  • Assist in organizing roadshows, customer visits, and marketing events.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing and product offerings.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in spare parts, operations, or sales support (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered).
  • Knowledge of spare parts operations or automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
