Requirements

- Experience in partnerships, affiliates, community, or events is an advantage.

Responsibilities
Manage and support leaders, affiliates, influencers, and external partners.
- Provide partners with up-to-date materials, briefs, product info, and campaign details.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships to improve engagement and performance.
- Track partner performance, prepare updates/reports, and suggest improvements.
- Onboard new affiliates/partners and guide them through systems, benefits, and processes.
- Coordinate incentive programs, product seeding, rewards, or commission campaigns.
Event Coordination
- Plan, organise, and execute company events, workshops, launches, or team activities.
- Manage event logistics such as venue, vendors, décor, setup, registration, and flow.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and professional event execution.
- Prepare event materials, schedules, run sheets, and post-event reports.
- Support on-ground coordination to ensure strong brand presence and customer experience.
Collaboration & PR Support
- Assist in influencer/creator outreach, negotiation, and collaboration planning.
- Support PR tasks such as announcements, brand notices, community communication, or press-related content.
- Prepare basic communication materials including event briefs, partnership decks, or campaign summaries.
- Monitor brand conversations and feedback from community/partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align messaging and campaign goals.
