Actively build strong relationships with Institute of Higher Learnings for Employer branding and talent attraction purposes, while tending to operational/administrative task

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers by organizing career talks, networking sessions, and workshops to promote Allianz recruitment and talent program while collaborating with universities to integrate Allianz initiatives into their career development progmme.
  • Identify and recruit university talents with leadership and entrepreneurial potential, promote recruitment programs as a steppingstone to a professional sales career, and generate leads through outreach and social media engagement.
  • Strengthen partnerships with universities, career centers, and Allianz agencies to ensure long‑term collaboration by developing joint initiatives to increase student participation in Allianz programs and maintaining continuous engagement through regular communication, events, and strategic alignment.
  • Design and refine the structure of the Allianz Life student recruitment program to ensure effective talent development, establish clear milestones, incentives, and career progression pathways for participants, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously enhance the program's value proposition.
  • Track student progress from recruitment to onboarding as Allianz Life Changers, ensure a seamless transition from university engagement to sales conversion, and align student engagement efforts with Allianz’s overall sales goals and business growth strategy.
Key Requirements
  • Possesses a Degree in any field
  • 2 to 3 years working experience. Experience in the education industries will be an advantage
  • Experience in backend reporting or operations will be an advantage
  • Possess own transport and travels during work is required
  • Familiar with the use of ChatGPT for work and task simplification
