WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Advising Customers

Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, identifying their needs, offering tailored advice, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Uses strong product knowledge to handle objections and close sales while building customer loyalty.

2. Maintaining Store Image

Keeps the store organized and visually appealing according to company standards. Supports visual merchandising updates and ensures new items are displayed correctly.

3. Product Handling and Replenishment

Assists in receiving, unpacking, and displaying products. Regularly replenishes stock and maintains proper organization in the stockroom.

4. Maintaining Corporate Image

Adheres to the Brand Lifestyle Guide and maintains a neat, professional appearance in full uniform.

5. Technology Use

Effectively uses store systems and RFID technology to locate, track, and manage products efficiently.

WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE
  • Malaysian nationality
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail fashion
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in related fields
  • Knowledge of fashion and trends
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays
