Job Title: Sales Advisor

Position Type: Part-time

Overview

As a Sales Advisor, your primary responsibility is to deliver an excellent customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. You will assist customers, share product and fashion knowledge, and create a welcoming shopping environment. Additionally, you will support store operations and collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide a great customer experience.
  2. Fold, hang, display, and merchandise garments to maximize sales opportunities.
  3. Process, stock, and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.
  4. Open, unpack, and label merchandise with security tags.
  5. Support customer purchases and returns at the register.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service.
  • Effective time management skills; stress-resistant and good at prioritization.
  • Customer service mindset, prioritizing customer needs and serving as a brand ambassador.
  • Fashion knowledge and a genuine interest in fashion trends.
  • Selling mindset with the ability to approach and fulfill customer needs.
