• Follow up on overdue, incomplete, or insufficient investigation cases.
• Analyze root causes of lost parcels using tracking data.
• Develop preventive measures for high-risk stations.
• Record violations and enforce corrective actions.
• Compile key metrics and perform trend/risk analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
