Job description

Responsible for preparing, packaging, labeling, and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards before shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack finished products into boxes, containers, or pallets.
• Inspect items for defects, damage, or inconsistencies before packing.
• Label packages accurately with product information, batch numbers, or barcodes.
• Seal and secure packages using appropriate materials (tape, straps, shrink wrap, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or equipment issues.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Work closely with production teams to meet daily output targets.
• Keep accurate records of packed items and inventory if required.

Job Requirements

• Education: Junior high school diploma
• Language Skills: Mandarin, English, and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

• Salary: RM1700–RM3500/month
• Compensation Structure: Basic salary + position allowance; overtime pay calculated according to labor laws; pay EPF, SOCSO, etc. as required by local government.
• Salary Payment: Paid by the 7th of each month for the previous month’s salary.
