P2P Finance Specialist – Construction Projects

Job summary

A leading construction company in Selangor is looking for a finance administrator responsible for managing daily financial activities in the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in finance and over 2 years of experience, preferably in a construction environment. You'll provide high-quality support, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with internal processes. Strong skills in SAP S/4 HANA and good communication abilities are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience, preferably in construction or engineering industry.
• Experience in efficient and accurate processing of high‑volume accounts payable or receivable.
• Experience working autonomously and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service in all day‑to‑day P2P and financial administrative support.
• Data entry of purchase orders into SAP S/4 HANA.
• Manage and action invoice exception handling assigned via NXT EDGE.

Skills

Knowledge of computerised accounting systems (ERP), preferably SAP S/4 HANA

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Results oriented with ability to meet deadlines

High attention to detail

Intermediate to advanced computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI

Education

Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent qualification
