Job description
Responsibilities
  • Prepare all required Customs Documentation for outgoing shipments in compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Subcontractor management & performance monitoring
  • Handle any discrepancies or issues related to outgoing and incoming shipments
  • Update and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outsourcing activities, shipment tracking, PO status, ETDs and outgoing and incoming related activities in internal systems
  • Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, gaps and develop actionable insights to improve subcon performance.
  • Procurement coordination
  • Continuous improvement & process optimization
  • Strategic Planning (Subcon Side) & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Undertake other role & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closure.
