Job summary

A leading management services provider in Johor, Malaysia is seeking an Outsource Accounting Associate/Senior Associate to manage accounting tasks for various clients. The role includes preparing financial reports, handling payroll functions, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Accountancy and strong communication skills, with a proactive and meticulous approach to their work. Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, ISCA, ACCA or related fields.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle full or partial sets of accounts and GST compliance.
• Prepare financial reports according to client policies.
• Manage payroll functions including monthly CPF contributions and IR8A submissions.
