  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage, coach, and motivate teams.

  • Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and reporting.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to fast‑paced environments.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
General Responsibilities
  • Ensure achievement of 100% store sales targets and monitor individual staff performance (personal, ATV, and UPT).
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and in‑store promotions to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify trends and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate staff to achieve excellence in sales and service delivery.
  • Provide regular training in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, identify training needs, and develop improvement plans.
  • Set clear sales goals for the team and track performance regularly.
  • Drive upselling, cross‑selling, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Implement strategies to enhance repeat business and customer loyalty.
Product Knowledge & Training
  • Stay updated on all brand/product updates, features, and benefits.
  • Ensure staff have strong product knowledge and can deliver expert consultations.
  • Organize product knowledge workshops and refresher training sessions.
Inventory Management
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, receiving, and replenishment processes.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels to prevent shortages, over‑stocking, or shrinkage.
  • Ensure proper stock display, rotation, and merchandising standards.
Staff Scheduling
  • Prepare and manage staff duty rosters to ensure adequate store coverage.
  • Plan manpower efficiently during peak and off‑peak hours.
Cash & Banking
  • Oversee all daily cash handling, reconciliation, and electronic payment processes.
  • Ensure accurate bank‑in of sales and maintain proper petty‑cash management.
  • Enforce compliance with company financial control procedures.
Reporting
  • Prepare timely and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
