Job description

Working Hour: 5 Days Rotational Shift (180 hours/week)

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure achievement of 100% store sales targets and monitor individual staff performance
  • Analyze sales reports to identify trends and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate staff to achieve excellence in sales and service delivery.
  • Provide regular training in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Set clear sales goals for the team and track performance regularly.
  • Stay updated on all brand/product updates, features, and benefits.
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, receiving, and replenishment processes.
  • Prepare and manage staff duty rosters to ensure adequate store coverage.
  • Prepare timely and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
