Reporting to the Head Chef/Area Chef, this is an exciting opportunity to join THE BREW HOUSE' as an Outlet Head / Sous Chef (Non-Halal) based in Penang outlet. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the delivery of high-quality cuisine to customers.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and oversee the kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Develop and refine recipes, menus, and presentation to meet customer expectations
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients and equipment
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef /Area Chef to implement new menu items and improve operational efficiency
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or feedback
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head/Sous Chef or Outlet Head in a reputable non-halal restaurant or hotel
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen management
