Job description

We are seeking an experienced Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) specialist to join our manufacturing team at PP PERFECT PRECISION SDN. BHD. in Lunas, Kedah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our finished products before they are dispatched to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Conducting thorough inspections and tests on finished products to verify they meet quality standards and customer specifications

Identifying and addressing any non-conformities or defects in the production process

Documenting inspection results and maintaining detailed quality control records

Collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives

Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures

Ensuring the company's quality management system is effectively implemented and maintained

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality control or inspection role within a manufacturing environment

Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and test results

Proficient in the use of various quality control tools and equipment
