A customer service-focused company in Penang is seeking an experienced Order Management Analyst/Delivery Analyst. This role involves online fulfillment of customer orders, processing orders, and maintaining document retention. Order Management Analyst/Deliver Analyst

Position: Delivery Analyst/ Order management

Working Hours:: 10.30PM - 7 AM (US Hours) 30 days to complete initial training. Upon completion of initial training, may be approved to transition to APAC working hours, if desired.

Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing online fulfillment of customer orders which includes setting up entitlements and licensing in one or more delivery systems. Standards are accurate and timely entitlements and delivery of US and International online software and data products. Duties include processing orders, document retention maintenance, customer subscription research and daily interactions with internal customer, i.e., Sales, Order Management, Customer Support, and other Delivery colleagues.

JD:

Works under general supervision as part of a team

Requires some independent judgment or evaluation of a variety of factors

Responsible for meeting individual and team quality metrics

Performs basic order entitlements or licensing into one or more delivery systems and basic order troubleshooting

Solves routine problems using existing procedures and standard practices

Support SOX compliance requirements

Required Education:

2+ years relevant experience

High School diploma or above required Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficient in the use of MS Office applications

Must be proficient in the English language.

Responsible for keeping current on the latest technology.

Must have excellent organization skills.

Must have basic communication and time management skills.

Must have the ability to interact professionally with both clients and colleagues.

Must be reliable and able to work under pressure.

Must be a good problem solver.

Must be cooperative and be able to gain the cooperation of others.

Must be detail focused.
