The Italian Baker Sdn Bhd – Pulau Indah, Selangor

At The Italian Baker Sdn Bhd, we are seeking a skilled Operator, Production to join our team in our Pulau Indah, Selangor location. To be familiar with and handle on assigned machine / station process, cleaning and operate according to work instructions and process parameter provided.

What you'll be doing

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality output
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on production machinery
• Adhere to all health, safety and quality control protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate production records and data
• Assist with the loading, unloading and packaging of finished products

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a production operator or similar manufacturing role

Education

SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or equivalent

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety
