A leading logistics solutions provider in Malaysia is looking for an experienced Operations Specialist, Customer Logistics, to join their dynamic team. We're looking for an experienced Operations Specialist, Customer Logistics to join our dynamic team at PM ACCESS WORLD (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor or Port Klang Free Zone. As a full-time role, you will play a vital part in our Import/Export & Customs operations and other ad hoc task to ensuring seamless logistics for our valued customers.
Coordinate shipment documentation with clients, internal teams, and third-party providers.
Manage and organize all logistics documents (inbound, outbound, rebagging, blending) ensuring audit readiness.
Oversee documentation processes in ERP and maintain accurate reports (OBL, invoices, container activities, etc.).
Act as main contact for all commodities and liaise with clients, forwarders, carriers, and internal teams.
Delegate tasks, train team members, and promote a collaborative work environment.
Resolve stakeholder complaints and system issues (ERP, Oracle, RDS) to ensure smooth operations.
Handle D&D monitoring, port storage charges, and cost control with proper approvals.
Verify invoices, manage payroll timesheets, and submit regulatory reports (e.g., Free Zone declarations).
Prepare forecasts, internal reports, and ensure timely reporting to HOD.
Maintain compliance, manage overtime approvals, and support team members during absences.
Minimum Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
Some relevant experience in Customer Service operations
Some relevant experience in resource planning
Able to speak and write well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Good knowledge and experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook
Adaptable to changing workflows, processes and planning
Able to supervise, train junior level staffs, new staffs, contractors.
Able to travel for work purpose.
