  • Coordinate and manage third-party manufacturing (TPM) processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers in Japanese to ensure clarity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and track production schedules to meet procurement and supply chain targets.
  • Analyze and resolve any issues related to supply chain and production planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of production and supply chain goals.
  • Prepare and present reports on production and supply chain performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Profile

A successful Operations Planner (Japanese Speaker) should have:

  • Proficiency in English & Japanese (min JLPT N2), both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Minimum 1+ years of related experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in Supply Planning
  • A Bachelor degree in supply planning or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of production planning and scheduling tools and techniques.
