  • Assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing strategic operational plans.
  • Lead and motivate the team to ensure departmental goals are fully aligned with company objectives.
  • Take charge of end-to-end project management, resource planning, and client relations.
  • Formulate contingency plans to ensure a consistent and stable labor supply.
  • Implement and manage departmental policies and procedures to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor adherence to rules and regulations while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Strategically schedule manpower to maximize operational output within budget.
  • Diligently monitor and control costs to optimize project profitability and reduce operational overhead.
  • Analyze and resolve on-site issues with speed and accuracy.
  • Proactively assess technical challenges and develop robust mitigation plans to minimize risk.
  • Conduct random physical inspections across all sites to ensure service delivery meets scheduled standards.
  • Discuss and implement measures to resolve gaps and continuously improve client relationships.
  • Provide direction, coaching, and feedback to Assistant Operations Managers and Service Officers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and optimal efficiency.
Skills and experience required
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in facilities management (soft services), service operations or project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
