Located within the fringe of Kuala Lumpur's city center, Icon Oncology recently began its operations specializing in world-class medical oncology, bringing together a team of esteemed oncologists, nurses, pharmacists and administrative support teams to provide care to our patients.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care, with clinical and operational excellence. You will oversee the daily operations, resource management, and quality assurance processes to maintain a patient‑centred approach.

You will:

• Drive operational performance and patient experience
• Lead and develop a high‑performing, collaborative team
• Oversee clinical excellence by monitoring clinical KPIs
• Oversee financial, HR, and quality KPIs
• Manage resources efficiently to optimise workflow, quality, and productivity
• Foster strong relationships with doctors and stakeholders
• Partner with Business Development to implement strategic initiatives
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery

Who We're Looking For
