Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive (Sales Division) to manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Sales Department. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth sales processes, effective staff coordination, and strong inter-departmental collaboration.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, in line with our business culture. The role requires strong operational skills, leadership capability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Support daily sales operations by coordinating activities, providing guidance, and conducting training for the sales team.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster strong relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data trends, and prepare regular reports for evaluation.
  • Prepare sales proposals, manage documentation, and oversee administrative tasks related to sales operations.
  • Collaborate with management to set targets, monitor progress, and develop strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with inventory management to ensure product availability and optimize stock levels.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
