We are seeking an experienced Area Operations Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple branches, working closely with senior management to drive growth, improve customer experience, and ensure profitability.

Note: Frequent travelling within the country may be expected

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular site visits, ensuring smooth operations and meeting sales/revenue targets.
  • Oversee team development, including training on cash handling, inventory management, and salesmanship.
  • Monitor P&L reports and adjust operations to improve profitability.
  • Audit monthly operational costs and maintain high standards of guest service.
  • Plan and manage inventory, including handling slow‑moving stock.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and manage recruitment and staff development.
  • Build strong internal relationships and partner communications.
  • Implement cost‑control measures and improve productivity within resource limits.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of retail management experience.
  • Strong budget management and analytical skills.
