A dynamic corporation in Johor Bahru seeks an organized Administrative Support professional to provide essential support to the operations team. Responsibilities include maintaining the internal database, coordinating with departments, and assisting in report preparation. Candidates should have a diploma and at least one year of experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and communicate fluently in Mandarin, English, and Malay. This role is critical for ensuring efficient operations and requires someone meticulous and responsible.
Providing administrative support to our operations team, including communicating important information or announcement from HQ;
Collaborating and coordinating with internal departments and external parties to ensure seamless operations;
Maintaining and updating our internal database and filing systems;
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation;
Handling general office duties such as ordering supplies & stationery, staff onboarding/offboarding, managing correspondence, petty cash claims, issue credit note/ debit note, license renewal, vehicle maintenance, etc.
Diploma in Business Administration/ Management or equivalent and at least 1 year of working experience;
Computer literate and experienced in using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel);
Responsible, well-organized and meticulous;
Able to communicate with clients in Mandarin, English and Malay
