We are seeking a proactive and experienced Executive, Operations to manage day-to-day operations including weighbridge activities, logistics planning, and reporting. This role requires proven experience in logistics, customer service, and team development—preferably within the palm oil industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations including weighbridge activities, bulk tanker receiving & dispatch
• Plan and manage logistics, manpower allocation, and raw material stock movement
• Ensure all contracts are fulfilled and closed within the contractual timeframe
• Coordinate weighbridge maintenance and external calibration activities
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external coordination to resolve customer/buyer issues
• Manage and develop team members to improve performance, productivity, and operational excellence

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Business Administration or any relevant field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, logistics planning, or customer service
• Experience in the palm oil industry is highly preferred
• Strong in people management, customer service, planning, and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Possess own transport
• Willing to work in I-City Shah Alam Selangor
