Qualifications

  • Min 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or customer service.
  • Experience in LICENSING, MIDA, LMW & COO is a plus.
  • Able to communicate in Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and prepare documentation for foreign worker applications.
  • Liaise with government departments for license applications.
  • Coordinate and track license submissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications and renewals.
  • Support clients during site visits and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia's foreign labor regulations.

MyLicense is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive to support our Licensing applications. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operational processes, coordinating with clients, and managing regulatory documentation.

What’s your Responsibilities?

  • Handle and prepare full set of documentation for foreign worker application, renewal, and cancellation (JIM, JTK, KDN, eQuota, ePLKS, etc.)

  • Liaise with government departments (e.g. Immigration, Labour Office, MIDA, MITI) for license and permit applications

  • Coordinate and track commercial and factory license submissions

  • Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and renewals

  • Support clients during site visits, audits, and inspections

  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s latest foreign labor and licensing regulations

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Min 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or customer service.

  • Experience in LICENSING, MIDA, LMW & COO as an added advantage

  • Able to communicate in Chinese to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking clients is an added advantage.

  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a data‑driven approach.

  • Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

  • Ability to adapt to change, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.

Work Location & Schedule

📍 KL Branch: Menara K1, Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur

🕒 Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Lunch 12pm - 1pm)
