MyLicense is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive to support our Licensing applications. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operational processes, coordinating with clients, and managing regulatory documentation.

What’s your Responsibilities?
Handle and prepare full set of documentation for foreign worker application, renewal, and cancellation (JIM, JTK, KDN, eQuota, ePLKS, etc.)
Liaise with government departments (e.g. Immigration, Labour Office, MIDA, MITI) for license and permit applications
Coordinate and track commercial and factory license submissions
Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and renewals
Support clients during site visits, audits, and inspections
Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s latest foreign labor and licensing regulations
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Min 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or customer service.
Experience in LICENSING, MIDA, LMW & COO as an added advantage
Able to communicate in Chinese to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking clients is an added advantage.
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a data‑driven approach.
Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to adapt to change, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
Work Location & Schedule
📍 KL Branch: Menara K1, Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur
🕒 Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Lunch 12pm - 1pm)
