Manage customer communication mainly via chat messaging with occasional calls. Handle daily backend operations of the payment gateway system, including transaction monitoring, reconciliation, settlement, refund, and chargeback processes.
Verify and ensure accuracy of daily transaction data, reports, and payment records across multiple systems and banking partners.
Perform daily reconciliation between internal systems, merchant transactions, and bank statements.
Coordinate with banks, payment partners, and internal teams to resolve transaction discrepancies, payment delays, or system issues.
Prepare and validate settlement reports for merchants to ensure timely and accurate fund disbursement.
Assist in monthly reporting, financial summaries, and operational audit preparation.
Monitor system alerts and transaction anomalies to detect and prevent potential fraud or operational risks.
Maintain a professional, responsive, and customer-focused approach at all times.
