Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in level 2-3 desktop support or similar role.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite.
• Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Deploy devices to new joiners and collect returned devices from resigned staff.
• Perform routine maintenance and system updates.
• Assist employees with software installations and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and service requests.
• Educate users on best practices for hardware and software use.
• Collaborate with ICT team to resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISMS policies.
• Respond professionally to user requests.
