Job summary

A leading architecture firm based in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Site Architect to lead the architectural site staff and supervise daily site inspections. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of on-site project execution experience, particularly in industrial projects. You will ensure that all architectural works comply with local building codes and contract documents while maintaining progress records and coordinating with the design team. Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with QLASSIC is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of on-site project execution experience in Data Center or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with QLASSIC or CONQUAS standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural site staff and coordinate site inspection duties.
• Perform Quality Control Checks and final inspections with reporting.
