A leading service provider in Kuala Lumpur seeks on-site Customer Service Associates to assist customers with inquiries about mobile phones, laptops, and other devices. The ideal candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in relevant fields, have a strong understanding of electronics, and exceptional communication skills. You will ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing issues and providing tailored solutions through various communication channels.
Advise customers on product inquiries, including comparisons and recommendations. Highlight features and benefits to convince them why a specific product is the perfect fit for their needs.
Diagnose and resolve customer issues with laptops, watches, earbuds, speakers, TVs, and mobile devices.
Be a communication whiz, assisting customers via live chat, phone calls, and email.
Facilitating seamless e-commerce.
Qualifications & experience
Hold a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant field.
Possess a strong understanding of electronics, especially mobile phones, tablets, laptops, smart wearables, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with mobile devices, computers, or related fields is a plus.
