• Carry out paper cutting processes using the Polar Cutting Machine accurately.
• Conduct visual inspections and use measuring tools to monitor print quality.
• Manage paper and ink supplies, loading paper and mixing inks.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues on printing machines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Responsible for conducting quality checks to ensure printed output meets required standards.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Responsibility

• Operate Heidelberg Speedmaster SM 52 and Heidelberg GTO 52 offset printing machines to produce high-quality printed products.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on offset printing machines to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
• Carry out paper cutting processes using the Polar Cutting Machine accurately and efficiently according to specified requirements.
• Ensure print quality by conducting visual inspections and using measuring tools to monitor color, registration, and print accuracy.
• Manage paper and ink supplies, including loading paper into machines and mixing inks according to specified formulas.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues on printing machines and report more complex problems to supervisors or technicians.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all established safety procedures.
