Job description
Officer, Tenancy Administration (URGENT HIRING)
  • Preparation of pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matters such as registration of sites, issuance of Letters of Offer, letter of interest, renewal notices, other related correspondences and preparing Tenancy Agreements
  • To maintain effective tenancy administration, landlord details, tenancy details, deposit records, maintaining and updating all rental records into the Tenancy Masterlist.
  • Compile requirement documents and follow-ups with respective /landlords/negotiators when needed
  • Liaise with inter-department for supporting documents related to rental payment, utilities, license and renovation permit application
  • Filing and scanning of documents for renewal/new stores
  • IWK bills, record & payment requisition
  • Preparation of documents for utilities application
  • Keeping up-to-date payment record of IWK bills QR & Assessment for company properties
  • Submit scanned TA to LHDN & prepare requisition of stamping fees
  • Arrange posting/courier and tracking of letters/documents
  • Prepare Notice of Change of Ownership, Notify our finance and update data in EWS system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma
  • At least 2 years (s) of working experience in tenancy management and must have experience using & maintaining TMS (tenancy management system) or experience in using systems for managing tenants/landlords record
  • Proactive with a positive attitude, independent, strong organizational & good time management skills.
  • A good understanding and command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Advanced PC user: Microsoft Office & basic knowledge in using SAP will be an added advantage.
