Job description
Responsibilities
  • Monthly Staff Activities & Birthday Celebration
  • Prepares HR related letters (Letter of Offer, Confirmation/Extension of Probation Letter, Warning Letter, and other relevant letters)
  • To process monthly salaries, other related employment records and maintain confidentiality
  • To maintenance the leave records
  • To compilation and preparation of HR monthly reports
  • To assist HQ office and outlets on general admin
  • To coordinate in recruitment arrangements such as collecting additional documents and scheduling interview session
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time
Ideal candidate qualities
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in large scale retail accounts will be an advantage
  • Proficient in UBS Payroll System and Microsoft Office application especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Mature, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Proactive, meticulous, attention to detail, and strong analytical in numbers.
  • Possess good teamwork and ability to work independently, flexible, and positive attitide.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline and a flexibility to work on weekend/public holiday when required
  • Possess the flexibility to outstation when required

  • Good interpersonal communication skills with a good command of English & Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers /clients.
