• Liaise with Admin's AP division and QS for Tax Invoices.
• Prepare entry for accounts receivable and payable.
• Monthly bank reconciliation and management accounts preparation.

Job description

• Liaise with Admin’s AP division and QS for AP valid Tax Invoices, POs and DOs, where applicable.
• Liaise with GL Team for AP account coding.
• Prepare entry for AR & AP, invoice audit listing.
• Verify, process, prepare payment vouchers & issue cheque.
• AP & AR posting and reconciliation.
• Monthly bank reconciliation & Weekly bank balances.
• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Inter-co balances/transactions reconciliation.
• Draft annual financial statement for audit.

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Those with at least 1 year working experience in managing accounts in property developer or audit firm would have great advantage.
• Able to interact effectively with all level of personnel.
