Job Overview

We are looking for an Office Manager to manage government relations, including land negotiations and policy discussions, and coordinate with relevant authorities throughout project development. The role also involves liaising with construction teams and overseeing office administration and personnel management after project completion. Additionally, the candidate will serve as the primary link between the Malaysian entity and the domestic parent company to ensure smooth communication.

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact with government agencies, managing land discussions, policy engagement, and regulatory coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with construction teams to ensure smooth project development and on‑site operations.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day office administration, including managing staff, resources, and general operational processes.
  • Facilitate effective communication and reporting between the Malaysian company and the domestic parent organization.
  • Support strategic planning by providing updates on government relations and operational progress to leadership.
What we’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher;
  • Fluency in Chinese and Malay is required; strong English skills are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in government relations, project coordination, administrative operations, or personnel management.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, ability to work under pressure, strong execution capability, and capacity to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian local policies, regulations, business environment, and government procedures is highly desirable.
