Job Description
Administrative & Maintenance Support
  • Support administrative clerical works such as data key‑in, postage usage in computer, photocopying and filing.
  • Maintain office equipment and operate repair/support services when necessary.
  • Handle ad‑hoc assignments: sending company car to Service Centre/Panel Workshops, purchasing pantry items, etc.
  • Assist with front desk tasks: clerical duties, handling incoming calls, mailing and guest reception.
Mailbox & GPO
  • Handle all types of outgoing mails (letters, invoices, statements of account) from various departments: sort mails, weigh for postage, seal envelopes, frank mails, keep records of normal/registered mail, and deliver to GPO per SOP.
  • Collect incoming mails from various locations/letter boxes, schedule deliveries, and forward to the receptionist for recording.
  • Manage incoming mailbags via DPP truck/couriers: receive, sort, distribute, send yellow IBMN to branches per SOP.
  • Process outgoing mailbags (documents/parcels): sort, check against IBNM records, seal in plastic bag/metal box per branch, send to DPP Klang.
Pool Driver
  • Drive the employer or guests safely to and from destinations.
  • Maintain the employer’s motor vehicles in clean and working condition at all times.
  • Perform daily general checks, cleaning, and ad‑hoc basic maintenance of the employer’s motor vehicles.
Dispatch Services (Backup)
  • Perform dispatch services: dispatch documents to designated locations, collect acknowledgment copies, stamp, ROC, pay to statutory bodies, and handle utility bill payments per company procedures and timelines.
Qualifications
  • Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma from any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Preferably non‑executives specializing in clerical/administrative support or equivalent.
