We are seeking an experienced Office Admin (Secretary) to join our dynamic team at J&J DESIGN & RENOVATION (M) SDN BHD' in our Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our administrative functions.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Handling incoming correspondence, both written and verbal, and ensuring timely responses
  • Maintaining and organising electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring the efficient retrieval of documents
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Coordinating office supplies, equipment, and facilities management
  • Providing general office support and assistance to the wider team as required
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a fast‑paced, professional environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
