• 1+ years of experience in a Managed Service environment with ITIL practices.
• Knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure Services.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Follow offboarding processes and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor and respond to team mailboxes as needed.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and customers.

Skills

1 Years’ experience of working in an ITIL conformant Managed Service Environment

Technical Awareness of Cloud and Infrastructure Services

Experience with the use of a CSM/ITSM toolset (ideally ServiceNow)

Understanding of IT service management principles

Active Directory User and Group Administration

Office 365 User Administration

Strong and positive client communication skills
