Job description

Responsibilities

1. Translate the conversation from Mandarin to English/Bahasa Malaysia during meeting, training, and other event as needed.
2. Translate the engineering documents from Mandarin to English/Bahasa Malaysia and vice versa.
3. Support the department manager and engineers to manage the documents and reports.
4. Support the department manager and engineers to purchase the items by using the OA System.
5. Support the department manager to prepare the meeting minutes after meeting.
6. Support the engineers to prepare the Work Instructions and other engineering documents.
7. Support the engineers to manage the spare parts.
8. Support other duties as requested by the department manager and engineers from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Certificate holder, Degree holder is welcome to apply.
2. Able to translate the languages instantly and accurately.
3. Good communication skill and team work for collaborating with team members.
4. Proficiency and fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
6. Proficiency in using translation software and tools.
7. Familiar with the Microsoft Office, such as Microsoft Excel and etc.
