Responsibility

Nutritional Consultations

• Conduct individual consultations to evaluate a customer's lifestyle, dietary habits, and health objectives.
• Create customized nutrition plans and dietary advice tailored to specific individual requirements.

Customer Education

• Inform customers about the advantages of available organic goods, natural health solutions, and supplements.
• Lead seminars or workshops focusing on wellness, nutrition, and health topics.

Product Knowledge

• Maintain current knowledge regarding health trends, nutritional supplements, and organic products.
• Support customers in making educated decisions by explaining product benefits and details.

Naturopathic Support

• Partner with the naturopath to uphold natural health practices.
• Help with the preparation and distribution of supplements, herbal remedies, and other naturopathic items.

Customer Service

• Deliver high-quality service by resolving concerns and answering customer inquiries.
• Promote a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere within the shop.

Record Keeping

• Keep precise logs of product suggestions, customer consultations, and future follow-up strategies.
• Uphold compliance with all applicable safety and health regulations.

Collaboration

• Work together with team members to foster a supportive and unified work environment.
• Engage in team meetings to help drive the organic shop's overall success.
