NURSE - DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE CUM CLINIC AMAL PERCUMA, TITIWANGSA, KL

POSITION SUMMARY
The Cardiac Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients with cardiovascular conditions. This role includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, as well as collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Additionally, the nurse will support the operations of Klinik Amal Percuma (GP Free Clinic) as a staff nurse.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate and treat patients, including pre- and post-operative care for cardiovascular conditions.

Monitor vital signs, ECG, and other cardiac diagnostics.

Provide nursing care in the Klinik Amal Percuma (GP Free Clinic) as needed.

Communication & Reporting

Report any issues or changes in patient condition to the Nurse Manager.

Adhere to all Centre and clinic policies and protocols.

Maintain confidential and accurate patient records.

Educate patients and families on cardiovascular health, lifestyle changes, and ongoing care.

Risk & Quality Management

Manage patient complaints and concerns effectively.

Participate in risk management processes and contribute to quality initiatives and improvements.

Prepare examination rooms and assist with minor procedures.

Handle administrative tasks and patient coordination as needed.

Assist in managing clinic supplies and maintaining equipment.

Additional Responsibilities

Participate in nursing communication processes and contribute to clinic improvement efforts.

Perform other duties as assigned.
