Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to join our dynamic team at Solara Holdings Sdn Bhd. As a NOC Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the company's critical IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

What You’ll Do
  • Monitor real-time fiber network alerts and outage tickets.
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues according to SOP.
  • Work closely with field engineers and vendors to restore services quickly.
  • Document incidents, update tickets, and prepare clear shift handover reports.
  • Support scheduled maintenance activities and track service impact.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Networking, or Telecommunications.
  • Basic knowledge of fiber optic technology & networking (IP, routing, switching).
  • Willing to work in a 24/7 rotating shift (including nights/weekends).
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
