Position: Network Integration Engineer

Salary: RM5,500

Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan (70300)

An employer in the construction and telecommunications industry is seeking a Network Integration Engineer to support network deployment and integration for projects involving power transmission & distribution lines, substations, telecommunication towers, and general civil works.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, integrate, and test network systems.
• Support deployment of routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and related network equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and TCP/IP connectivity issues.
• Monitor network performance and support optimization activities.
• Assist in network upgrades, maintenance, and expansion works.
• Prepare basic technical documentation and test reports.
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors.
• Willing to work on-site, standby, and after-hours when required.
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and project requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field (Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may be considered)
• Experience in network integration or network support is an advantage.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of LAN, WAN, routing, switching, and TCP/IP.
• Familiar with common network platforms (e.g. Cisco, Huawei, HPE, or equivalent).
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
