Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands‑on Network Engineer to support the IT operational activities of Project Infrastructure, supporting the Operation Manager to achieve the agreed SLAs as defined by the respective Master Service Agreement(s). The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience in firewall management (Checkpoint, Fortigate) and load balancer technologies (F5, Foundry, or Radware), ensuring seamless network performance, availability, and security in line with our SLAs.

Make an Impact by:
  • Support all Cisco Network devices and Checkpoint & Fortigate Firewalls, F5/Foundary/Radware load balacers, DNS, SDN, IPAM, Wireless,Tacacs and VPN
  • Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipment and related services.
  • Perform regular monitoring and maintenance of the network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability
  • Provide support to VPN users & old unused firewall clean up.
  • Respond promptly to Network incident, root cause analysis & provide temporary and/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated
  • Monitor & measure the performance & availability of systems proactively; implement corrective actions identified to improve performance & service level availability
  • Responsible for environment maintenance, patches and security updates. Work with security and risk analysis team to maintain up to date environment
  • Implementing and administrating network routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP & network Security.
Skills for Success:
  • A Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience and above with hands‑on experience in handling Load Balancer (F5, etc) and Firewall is required
  • Experience with Cisco routers/ switches/ LAN/ WAN or equivalent is a plus
  • Exposure in Cisco Wireless and ISE or IDS/ IPS is an added advantage
  • Strong technical competency with recognized professional certifications in either Network & Security or Systems domain
  • Ability to work on 12-hour shift or 24x7 whenever needed
