Job summary

A dynamic retail company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Mobile Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, familiarity with Android operating systems, and be able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa English, and Mandarin. The role requires a self-starter who is willing to work shifts, including public holidays. This is a full-time, contract position for 12 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mobile Technician.
• Familiarity with mobile operating systems, especially Android.
• Self-starter, positive thinking, and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Replace components like screens and batteries.
• Perform software updates and installations.
