Job summary

A manufacturing company in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a Finance Executive with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and hands-on ERP experience.
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Full professional proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete accounting cycle, including AR, AP, General Ledger, and Inventory.
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial statements with insightful analysis.
  • Oversee all costing and inventory operations.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for external parties.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage customer collections.
  • Play a key role in the implementation and optimization of the ERP system.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and practices.
