Candidates must be flexible and willing to relocate, aligning workforce performance with revenue goals while maximizing efficiency.

Job description

This position will be based at any Palm Oil Mill (POM) across Sarawak, subject to managements decision. Therefore, priority will be given to candidates who are flexible and open to relocation.

  • Align workforce performance with revenue goals through incentive programs or performance metrics.
  • Implement programs to enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and boost productivity.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
